By accessing rasa4 — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, or placing a Wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and rasa4 with respect to your use of the Platform.
These Terms apply to all Wagers, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and any other interaction with the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Age Verification: rasa4 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts may be suspended and Balances withheld pending satisfactory age verification. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
To access the full features of rasa4, including placing Wagers and processing transactions, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed at rasa4's sole discretion, and any associated Bonus Funds or winnings may be voided.
Account Security: You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify rasa4 immediately via the support contact if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. rasa4 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
Accurate Information: You must keep your Account details up to date. rasa4 may request updated documentation at any time as part of its ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to provide accurate or updated information may result in Account suspension and delayed withdrawals.
Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Pending Wagers and applicable withdrawal processing times will be honored prior to final closure. rasa4 may also close an Account at its discretion if these Terms are breached.
rasa4 supports a range of local and international payment methods designed for the Indonesian market. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) or a supported cryptocurrency equivalent.
Supported Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, USDT, BTC, and ETH. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposit Processing: Bank transfer deposits made during standard Indonesian banking hours (WIB, UTC+7) are typically reflected within minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on national public holidays may be processed the following business day. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe disclosed at the point of submission, subject to the following conditions:
Fees: rasa4 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network (gas) fees at the time of processing.
Funds deposited into your rasa4 Account may only be used for legitimate Wagers on the Platform. Use of the Platform as a money transfer or currency exchange mechanism is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Clause 8.
rasa4 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion, in addition to the general conditions set out below.
Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
Bonus Abuse: rasa4 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has attempted to abuse the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing offsetting Wagers across Accounts, exploiting technical errors, or systematically placing low-risk Wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements.
Promotional Changes: rasa4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not adversely affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account under the original terms.
Claiming Bonuses: Players are responsible for claiming bonuses in accordance with the stated activation method (e.g., opt-in, deposit trigger, promotional code). Bonuses not claimed within the validity period will expire automatically.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.
